Lead Product Manager Job (Taiwan/Shanghai, ShangHai, China, Taiwan)
- Develop product line strategies to improve product line competitiveness, manage product portfolio and product life cycle
- Understand customer needs and industrial trends, segment markets, develop product strategies for focused verticals or applications
- Develop MGPD and manage product line NPI deck
- Liaise with Field PMs to develop go-to-market strategy, support sales team to commercialize existing and new products
- Liaise with Global PMs to make sure APO product line strategies are in line with Global strategy
- Work with various functions to shorten product lead time
- Coordinate with sales/ITO team, technology team on screening, developing product and solutions which suitable for Asia market and profitable for the business
- Reviewing NPIs sales and take further action to stretch sales performance and CM.
- Scope and execute commercial programs to drive the growth of LED sales in specific vertical/segment. Develop and validate the sales model for certain product family in specific segment and transfer to executable sales tools/process for sales team
- Build close working relationship with strategic global clients and business alliances and work with global cross functional team to execute
- Develop and lead pricing strategy and implementation, productivity programs, and go to market strategies to effectively manage overall product line profitability.
- Develop partnership in Asia market on but not limited to the Distribution, OEM, Joint Technology Development, identify the BD opportunities
- Developing efficient sales tool kits to help sales to penetrate into domestic market
