Fixed Assets Global Service Delivery Leader Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)
- Take overall ownership of FA accounting service delivery quality, speed and cost.
- Take the full responsibility of KPI measurement of the service delivery, continually drive on cost, speed and quality from the daily operation, especially take the ownership of detecting, fixing those operational level controllership and compliance risks.
- Implement on Enterprise Standard (ES) initiatives, include platforms: CCL FA, AR and other relevant WFs or platforms to ledgers and biz on operational level, continually align the strategic delivery model on fixed assets operation
- Manage on global FA service delivery team on daily operation and continually improvement, lead team to work for the overall G&Os set up for, engage and develop resources to upgrade the overall competency and talent pipeline. Apply the same leadership framework to BPO vendor
- Take full ownership of BPO performance management; Partner with migration team to build scale of FA global center as well as stabilize operation at BPO or in house
- Partner together with project team to ensure the smooth and seamless transition with the ownership of resources readiness, training and tollgate review, overall manage on the delivery quality from production phase after migration.
- Identify the opportunities for driving the process and operation standardization and simplification by process re-engineering or automation solutions, lead and track on those identified projects implementing and reflecting on the results
- Lead on operation framework execution, drive on documentation and visual management continually by leveraging the value stream mapping approach, huddle board reviewing, performance dashboard, documentation on SOP, knowledge transferring toolkit to ensure the operation to secured in the right control rhythm
