The IT Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of in-house developed software, the design and maintenance of the corporate data warehouse, business intelligence tools and the management of the group’s software development and data warehouse team.
Working as part of a larger management team you will possess a flexible and adaptive hands-on approach in order to provide this vital support service to the Hotel.
Main duties:
- Create, deliver and manage IT services for the group portfolio.
- Create scalable system architecture for hospitality operations.
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving IT planning, budgeting and governance processes.
- Responsible for the overall systems development lifecycle.
- Develop annual business plan & operating budget for the department.

13. Evaluate the results of all training activities and make suggestions to management.
14. Personally conduct training workshops or seminars to achieve training objectives.
15. Perform any other human resources related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

The successful person will be familiar with all aspects of HR - recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits, training and management development. Scope and General Purpose of Job:

1- Ensure all task in the spa operation’s Pre-Opening Plan are completed to ensure a successful opening according to the Brand Standards.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the successful person is someone able to generate revenues from assigned accounts and source new accounts within the designated sales territory for the hotel and able to manage the relationship and interaction with all assigned clients and suppliers within the designated sales territory.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan for assigned account base and sales territory within People’s Republic of China
- Drive all potential revenue opportunities within the assigned territory to the hotels
- Monitor the performance of accounts to ensure that productivity meets hotel targets, identify changes in trends and provide follow up for shortfalls
