Working alongside the CEO this pivotal role involves designing, presenting, liaising, interpreting and delivering on large scale masterplanning projects that range from visions for new cities to innovative designs for mixed-use neighbourhoods.
This role is ideal for a highly personable and ambitious designer with excellent English and Mandarin language skills (both written and verbal). A genuine enthusiasm for our charrette based methodology, strong placemaking philosophy and principles of sustainable urbanism and bioclimatic design is essential.
The successful candidate will undertake an induction in London where you will be introduced to our unique approach and methods of working before relocating to Shanghai. This post can be offered as either a two year secondment or a permanent Shanghai-based role.

Previously you will have had a background in architectural and/or interior design.
